Administrative assistant (M/F)
Faced with growing demand, we are looking for a talented administrative assistant. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth running of our services.
Your responsibilities
- Manage telephone reception and correspondence.
- Manage billing and administrative operations.
- Entry of accounting entries.
- Help with VAT returns.
- Preparation of simple tax returns.
- Organize and coordinate team members' schedules.
- Management and drafting of correspondence.
- Document management and archiving
Your profile
- Holder of a CFC in sales or equivalent training.
- Previous experience in a similar position, ideally within a fiduciary.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French; fluent English (C1 minimum)
- Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation.
- Knowledge of Odoo and Winbiz required.
