The AG is the most common legal form in Switzerland.

This type of company is suitable for medium-sized and large businesses, and allows investors to be anonymous.

The main difference between the SA and the Sàrl is that the minimum contribution differs: it is CHF 20,000 for the Sàrl and CHF 100,000 for SA.

However, the SA has a more complex structure, and enables the  anonymity of shareholders. It is also perceived as more credible than a limited liability company, as it is preferred by larger structures.
